The Geophysic E168 is an antimagnetic watch that was launched in 1958 by Jaeger LeCoultre, following a year long mission by 67 countries (1957-1958) to explore the most uninhabitable parts of the planet. It was a surprising collaboration amidst the Cold War in an exchange between scientists that had not been seen since before WWII.
According to research, just shy of 1,000 pieces of the E168 were made.
