1956 Rolex Oyster Perpetual "Tru-Beat" 6556
An extremely difficult to find (5 years production) early 1956 Rolex Oyster Perpetual “Tru-Beat” reference 6556 with a very good condition champagne dial with incredible silver applied indexes with radium dark sand color patina. First introduced by Rolex as a doctor’s watch, this reference usually features a dead beat seconds effect similar to the motion of a quartz timepiece, however this part has been removed during service due to its age. The watch is in very good condition showing light signs of age and or scratches. All watches are checked by our watchmaker and guaranteed 3 months, 1 year if serviced. This reference has been serviced and is mechanically guaranteed 1 year.
